CHAIN DRIVEN TAPERED ROLELRS FOR CURVED CONVEYORS

LIGHT DUTY CHAIN DRIVEN TAPERED ROLLERS

These tapered rollers are used for curves in chain driven roller conveyors when small radii are required.

They have fixed hexagonal spindle at one end, M8 tapped at the other.

They are available only galvanized (ZB execution) and in standard lengths.

The holes on the outside frame of the curve allow regulating the tension of the chain links (see drawings 1 and 3).

The opposite hexagonal bores (drawing 2) prevent spindle rotation.

HEAVY DUTY CHAIN DRIVEN TAPERED ROLLERS

They have diam. 15 mm. M8 tapped and bored shaft for easy assembling on bored frames.

The frames should have slots in order to give the right tension to the chain links.

TAPERED ROLLERS WITH POLYPROPILENE INSERTS

These rollers are obtained by connecting to a basic diameter 50 roller (see section C23) some polypropylene truck conical inserts.

They have diam. 14 mm. M8 tapped and bored shaft for easy assembling on bored frames.

The frames should have slots in order to give the right tension to the chain links.
