BELT-DRIVEN ROLLERS FOR HIGH SPEED CONVEYORS

DRIVE WITH TANGENTIAL FLAT BELT

This drive system is obtained by a single flat elastic belt , which is under the bearing rollers, to which it transmits the motion to convey the unit load.

DRIVE WITH TOROID BELTS

The bearing rollers are driven by toroid belts connected to a drive shaft, which is positioned longitudinally under one side of the roller way and is driven by a gearmotor.

It is also possible to realize, quite easily, accumulation sections by interposing some pulleys between the belts and the shaft, that friction on the shaft through bushes.

ROLLERS SERIES 306 AND 307J DRIVEN BY LOWER TANGENTIAL BELTS

Steel tube, radial rigid ball bearings types 6001 and 6202.

Diameters 50,60 and 76 mm.

The rollers are lubricated for normal temperatures: -10°C +90°C.
